Hi, I'm Meredith Kramer IBCLC, RLC

I'm so glad you're here. I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Registered Lactation Consultant, Licensed Parent Educator, Newborn Care Specialist, and native Minnesotan.  I live in Saint Paul with my family and our two rescue dogs.  There’s never a dull moment in our house!

At the core of my work lies a desire to normalize the experience of new parenthood. You’re not crazy. It really is this hard. And you can do it. I can help.

As a former certified birth educator and full spectrum doula (let's be honest, I was a lactation counselor masquerading as a doula...), I prioritize evidence-based information, personalized solutions, kindness, and compassion.

I believe deeply that expert lactation support should never be a luxury or privilege – it's something everyone should have access to, regardless of their race, gender, body, or income level. I am proud to be a part of The Lactation Network, which is a service that allows up to twelve insurance-covered lactation visits for parents from conception through weaning, in addition to seeing self-pay clients privately through MSP Lactation.

"I’m of the belief that all parents deserve love, support & grace as they experience the joys and challenges of nursing their babies."

Kind words from clients

"Breastfeeding is a journey! And Meredith has been an integral part of my journey since before my son was born. From infant latching to first teeth, and now 14 months later, transitioning to nursing a toddler - she's always been happy to lend an ear and non-judgmental advice to help me gather the tools to determine what works best for my family. With her help, I have been able to give my son this gift much longer than I ever anticipated, and for that I am grateful.
