Kind Words from Clients
"I don't have words for how helpful Meredith has been. From helping us get actual sleep(!) to navigating breastfeeding, no one is more skilled, responsive, and helpful than Meredith -trust us, we looked! By far the very BEST!

Do any of these sound familiar?
Every time you cuddle up to latch your baby, you squeeze your eyes and curl your toes to power through the pain (even if it goes away, eventually...)
You're worried about low milk supply. Maybe you're tempted to pull out the pump with the hope it will give you peace of mind, but instead of reassuring you, it turns into a cycle of stress and tears.
You’ve undressed your baby, turned on the fan, and tickled their foot but you still can’t get them to stay awake on the breast for more than 30 seconds at a time.
You were told that babies have natural instincts to latch and suck, but yours seems like they just won't open their mouth wide enough or they are constantly falling off.
Your birth was tough – maybe even traumatic - and you and your baby were separated in their first hour of life. Things haven't been going the way you planned, and you need support forging a new path forward when it comes to feeding.
You've got this breastfeeding thing down, but you're facing a big change like going back to work, starting solids, or weaning.

Kind Words from Clients
"Meredith came to us when we were in the trenches with my 5 day old. We had such difficulty latching, but she helped me figure out supplementing until we could get the hang of it. We had her back a few weeks later and were able to get back on track and start latching. I'm so appreciative of her!"
Lactation Visit Types
I offer three types of lactation visits: Prenatal, New Client, and Follow-up.
You have the choice to book an in-person appointment (in your home or in my office) or a virtual visit (via secure Telemedicine).
Prenatal Meeting
You planned for birth, so why not plan for feeding? Get personalized advice based on your medical history, unique circumstances, and priorities.
We can also identify any red flags for bodyfeeding so there are no surprises.
Plus, if you come up against challenges. during postpartum, you’ll already have my number in your phone, and I’ll have existing context based on our prenatal conversation.
New Client Consult
I’ll come and visit you in your home or we can meet at my office to discuss how things are going.
We’ll start with a weighted feed to ensure adequate milk transfer, and I’ll do an oral examination to explore any structural issues that may be inhibiting baby’s ability to get a great latch.
Leave with a personalized lactation care plan.
Follow-up Consult
If we've already met at least once before, and you want ongoing care, we’ll meet up to touch base, do a weight check, get your questions answered, and update things as needed to accommodate any changes to your goals.

I offer four types of lactation visits, and you have the choice to book virtual, in person, or in office.
